Life coaching is a process in which one learns to rid themselves of the baggage that is holding
them back from living a life of peace and happiness. I will "coach" you through the steps using Life Coaching Model
(as a basic guide, but applied to YOUR situation), and reading recommendations, that will aid in your "understanding" of the
intuitive process, and learning to "TRUST" the most important person in your life...."YOU!"

Through the process of "decluttering" your mind, you will be able to "HEAR" your inner voice guide you through your
path. Life will become MUCH LESS STRESSFUL, and you will feel much more fulfilled within your everyday life.
UPDATE 2007: I am now working with the teachings of a few different authors. Healing with the Angels ,
by Doreen Virtue is a good start, to realize how life around us, is not as we percieve.
Sylvia's book (below) has sold out, and hasn't gone into a 3rd edition YET. I loan mine out, I did mail some
out to clients, as Sylvia sent me her last case. I will contact her again, as she has a very broad perspective, in which
she teaches on.
But now Doreen Virtue is one of the authors of choice at this point, and her books are easily obtainable, and
reasonably priced. ;)

Fee's for this service is $50.00 per hour, all phone conversations will
be at my cost. This process is done through a series of emails and phone calls. We will initially create
a "plan", set goals, & discuss possible ways to achieve those goals. I have books that I feel are essential in "understanding"
how to begin to trust yourself and your inner guidance. I will suggest that you purchase these books, and read them as we
go along. This process can be as long or as short as you need it to be. Depending on the amount of "baggage", and the ability
to "let it go".
Note- I will post links to the books I feel will be of the greatest advantage. Feel
free to purchase off the internet, OR your local book store.
